Returns & Refunds policy

You may cancel your order within 30 days without a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from when you received the goods or when a third party you designated takes possession of the product.

To cancel, inform us with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method without fees.

Conditions for returns:

To be eligible for a return, ensure:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized goods.

• Perishable items.

• Opened health or hygiene products.

• Mixed items that can't be separated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift, you'll get gift credit for returns. An actual refund goes to the gift giver if not marked.
